Most records are spoken before they are written: the handover at the end of a shift, the site report from the car, the call with a lead. Whatever falls out between the saying and the typing falls out silently. Voice to document transcribes what was said, structures it into the fields your record already has, shows the fields nobody covered, and asks a person to review and sign before anything is stored.

Who this is for

Clinical units that hand over verbally and write up later; contractors and consultancies whose site reports live in voice notes; sales teams whose calls never reach the CRM.

What we deliver

  • A fixed schema for your record, in JSON, with named fields; a field nobody covered stays visibly empty
  • Two review gates and a signature before anything is stored, with an append-only audit trail you own
  • De-identification before any text reaches a language model, hosting in the jurisdiction your law expects, the model call documented as a transfer
  • Arabic-English code-switching handled and tested, export to Word, PDF and the messaging channel you already use

Voice to Document

Voice to Structured Record

Speak the record; get a document shaped by a fixed schema with named fields. The transcript is kept, the structure is validated, nothing is invented.

Review, Sign, Export

Two review gates and a signature before anything is stored, then export to Word, PDF and the messaging channel your team already uses.

Visible Gaps and an Audit Trail

A field nobody covered stays empty on the screen. Raw input, draft, edits and signature sit in an append-only log the client owns.

Arabic-English Code-Switching

A dedicated clean-up stage for Latin terms inside Arabic speech, tested against real speech patterns, never a vague claim of Arabic support.

FAQ

Does it diagnose or suggest?

Never. It transcribes, structures and retrieves. A documentation tool that proposes clinical or commercial content is a different product with different regulation, and we removed exactly that feature from our own.

What is the proof?

Critical Care Copilot, our own product, tested with 15 clinicians on simulated cases; and a sales platform whose voice agent stores every call's transcript, sentiment and summary and schedules the callback. Usage and outcome figures are not yet available and we do not claim them.

What does it cost?

Voice to document is scoped after a workflow diagnosis, because every record has its own fields. Record one example on a simulated case and you get a written map and a fixed price for the first step, with a maintenance plan after launch.

Describe one process. We map it before we quote.

Record one handover, one site report or one call on a simulated case. You get a written map of the fields, the gaps and the safety checks, and a fixed price for the first step.

No mailing list. One reply, from a person, in writing.
