ConvertOnly: from an ad template to a booked callback, without a marketing team

Small businesses, car dealerships, real-estate brokers, clinics, know that Facebook and Instagram ads work and do not have the time to configure campaigns or chase the leads. ConvertOnly, built as Alnitak's own product, gives them one platform: pick an industry template, customise the creative, launch the campaign into the Meta Marketing API with one click, receive the leads through Lead Ads webhooks, and let an AI voice agent call each lead, record the outcome and book the callback. A Rails 8 multi-tenant backend with Stripe subscriptions, a Next.js dashboard, and a CRM sync with kvCore for real-estate teams. Built and demonstrated; never launched to paying customers, which is stated here because it matters.

The problem, in the buyer's words

The product research behind ConvertOnly named two personas. The small-business owner: limited time, marketing knowledge and resources, who wants leads without becoming a media buyer. The marketing manager: manual processes and multiple tools, who wants campaign management and lead tracking in one place. Both were spending on ads and losing the leads afterwards.

The architecture

A Rails 8 API holds the business logic, the integrations and the scheduled jobs; a Next.js dashboard on Mantine gives the customer the interface. Accounts are multi-tenant with invitations, roles, API keys and plans; billing runs through Stripe subscriptions; sign-in is Devise with Facebook and Google OAuth, because the Facebook account is also the ad account. Records carry an audit history and a notification stream.

From template to live campaign

The customer picks an industry and a location, chooses a template that already carries the campaign objective, the audience defaults and the creative placeholders, adjusts the text and images, and launches. The platform creates the campaign, the ad set and the ad in the customer's own ad account through the Marketing API, attaches the lead form, and tracks the identifiers. Insights are fetched on a schedule and shown per campaign.

From lead to call to callback

A submitted lead form arrives through a Lead Ads webhook, is verified and mapped into a lead record with its contact and form data. For real-estate accounts a property interest is attached and the lead is synced to kvCore. Then the voice agent, through Retell, calls the lead. Call started, ended and analysed events arrive by webhook; the analysed event yields a call summary record with the transcript, the sentiment, the summary, whether the call succeeded or hit voicemail, and, when the lead asked to be called back, the date and time. A callback is scheduled with a retry count. Every step is a row someone can read.

Why it is on this site

ConvertOnly was built as Alnitak's own product and never launched to paying customers, and that is stated plainly. It is here because it is the shipped proof for the pattern Alnitak now sells to operators: a form or an ad creates the lead, the CRM gets it with its source, a call happens, a record is written, a callback is booked, and the whole chain is instrumented. The same chain, with a person approving what the model drafts, is the workflow automation and sales assistant work on the services page.

Key Features

  • Industry ad templates: campaign objective, audience defaults and creative placeholders per industry, customised in the dashboard before launch
  • One-click campaign launch through the Meta Marketing API: campaign, ad set and ad created in the customer's own ad account, with lead forms attached
  • Lead capture through Lead Ads webhooks with signature verification, mapped field by field into the platform's lead records
  • AI voice agent through Retell: every lead is called, and call started, ended and analysed events are ingested by webhook
  • Call summaries stored per lead: transcript, sentiment, summary, success and voicemail flags, and the callback date and time the agent extracted
  • Scheduled callbacks with retry counts, property-interest records for real-estate leads, and a kvCore CRM sync
  • Multi-tenant accounts with invitations, API keys, plans and Stripe subscriptions, notifications, Facebook and Google OAuth, and an audit history on records

Business Impact

ConvertOnly is the proof behind three of Alnitak's systems services: workflow automation (form or ad to CRM to call to callback, every step an event), the voice half of voice to document (a call becomes a transcript, a sentiment, a summary and a booked time), and the integration work in AI assistants (Meta, Retell, Stripe, kvCore). It is also the reason the analytics service exists: campaign, lead and call data land in one place instead of three tabs. No customer revenue or campaign result is claimed; the product was built and demonstrated, not launched.
